Jig for Bottle Cap Laser Engraving, Hobby Laser, Fiber Laser, Co2, Galvo, Etc.

Keep everything aligned and quickly swap out your subjects with these custom designed Bottle Cap Jigs! These are designed for your custom bottlecap engraving needs, whether you're a homebrewer, a fan of fallout, or just really want to make custom bottle caps, this jig will make it much easier to align, arrange, and quickly engrave up to 8 bottle caps at once.

Bottle cap holders have been carefully designed to ensure caps are level, either by resting on top of the 'volcano', or making contact with all 4 cross beams. There is also a centering crosshair within each volcano, allowing for an easy alignment reference.

These feature a single M6 bolt hole in the center for secure fastening to compatible grids (most fiber lasers, and many others use 6mm/M6 holes). Available for purchase with or without a single m6x10mm bolt for bed fastening.

These are 3D printed with high density out of PLA. They are strong, but will be damaged by lasers, avoid 'engraving' on (or through) the jig! :)

Bottlecaps rest approximately 7.6 mm off the surface of the bed.
